A lot of people have been hooked on racing games, but they have to spend a lot of the time sitting down at the computer. It's not good for your health! Compared with traditional driving games, racing wheels are much more effective because it forces you to exercise. And if you want to be competitive in this game, then nothing can compare to using a new custom wheel, or Apollo Race Wheel for short. I’ve reviewed some products before and they worked really well so I was surprised when this tire blew up on me during my first race. I was in the final lap, right in the thick of it when all of a sudden the tire completely popped, leaving me with no steering whatsoever. It was obvious that this fault was because of poor manufacturing quality. I shouldn't have to suffer through my first race because of faulty wheels!
I was devastated after having to start over on my third race in a row. Right at that moment, I realized that this Apollo racing wheel just wasn’t meant for me. Sure, it looked great and felt great when I first took it out of the box, but after about 2 minutes on track, something went wrong. At this point I had almost 20 hours logged into the game so I knew what to expect from my new wheel. I was so confident when I went to the store to buy it, but after 3 faulty wheels I had no choice but to give up on it. This set of tires is still good for beginners, but if you’re an expert at driving games then I would stay away from this one. It's a pretty well-made wheel taking into account the price. The only problem is that these carts are relatively wide and this can be inconvenient while playing in tight corners (I think it's more of a problem with F1 games). But on the other hand, you can use this wheel with all racing simulators (GTR2, GTR Evolution, NFS-Most Wanted). Overall, if you’re looking for a cheaper product than the other wheels on the market, go with this one!Some users have been reporting issues with the "dual-shock" feature of these wheels. In particular, some users have been unable to find a lock-out setting for this feature.
